Making some tarts...


I've been making a little prep board of raspberry & blueberry custard tarts....just waiting to be popped into the oven.............


& then here they are fresh out of the oven!

    Do you have some trick for making so tiny berries? Cause I find it impossible to just sculpt them like if you were working in larger scale.. :)
